The room at Shtarkman Erna Hotel was super spacious and could comfortably fit 25 people. It was perfect for our big family! We loved having a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our room. It made our downtime even more enjoyable. The free WiFi in the room was a lifesaver, allowing us to stay connected and share our travel adventures with friends and family back home. The bathroom in our double room had a special shower that was absolutely amazing. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bath or shower setup in our private bathroom. But hey, that's just my own preference.

Location very close to the waterfront, and restaurants along the beach. For shots visit Alexander Local Diner, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel...

The location here is amazing, just a short stroll from Sokolov Beach. They serve up breakfast that includes tasty cakes and even vegan options. 🍰

I stayed with my wife and two kids 12-14 July 2011. The owner and staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged discount tickets for us at Rosh Hanikra and Acco, and recommended just the right place to eat dinner and told us about a beautiful uncrowded beach south of Rosh Hanikra that we really enjoyed. The staff was fully responsive to our needs, and the breakfasts were delicious and elegantly presented. We would definitely go there again and recommend to our friends.

Excellent surprise! This hotel, not very attractive from the outside, is such a beautiful place: the room (double executive) is lovely, extremely clean and comfortable, it is largely equivalent to a 4 stars hotel in Europe. The garden is lovely, well furnished, and, eventually, the breakfast is delicious!... The location of the hotel is perfect to reach Akko, Rosh Hanikra and around... Really good.
Well, we had difficulty to manage to handle the ac, blocked on 'Fan', but we finally managed with the help of one of the hotel staff. + the sea shore close to the hotel: private and disgusting, you really need to be craving for sea to go there, better to take you car and go to another beach.

I think Comfort of the Hotel and Hotel Staff is the best. Comfort room, good breakfast, good location - not far from the sea (5 min walking to the beach). And really when we have some problems or questions hotel staff every time found for us the best solution. Thanks to Erna! You have made for us wonderful holiday in Nahariya !!!

I loved the staff! Hannah was amazing and accommodating! We stayed in the Executive Suites and had Bathrobes assigned. We used the beach bikes to explore the Mediterranean and used the beach chairs to enjoy sunsets on Galilee! This is more than impressive!! The Food was a-m-a-zing!! The decor was beautiful and the service impeccable. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!! Did I mention that tis was our honeymoon!!
The exterior was a bit drab but the interior rivals any 5 Star it the States!

The hotel exudes an incredibly cozy and intimate vibe, with gorgeously decorated stairways and hallways that make you feel right at home. The room, although small, is cleverly designed to fit everything you need, including a high chair and a table. The staff goes above and beyond, ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable without being intrusive. The bed is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it is absolutely mouthwatering, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right.

Very nice boutique building and rooms with nice decoration. Location - favourable, really close to the Nahariya beach promenade, Israel north and a lovely beach, boardwalk and adorable boulevard.
Dismissive staff!

A family owned and run hotel that makes you immediately welcome with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. Able to answer questions and help with visits (obvious, and off the beaten track visits suggested on a written sheet in English and Hebrew). Our room was a good size for the 3 of us - me, my wife and adult daughter - and with air conditioning, a bath and shower as well as a fridge, we were well set-up for a comfortable stay. The Israeli-style breakfast means you will not be hungry for several hours..... At least!

It was a superb base for a city trip. the hotel was charming and perfect for a visit to Nahariya. - the location was particularly good, situated at a medium distance from Galei Galilee Beach. - the area was very nice, with local restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walk.

Cleanliness, Israel hotels on the most part, are not up to the standards of American hotels, dollar for dollar. You usually have to spend twice as much or more to get the same level of service or facilities in Israel as you do in the States. But, the Erna was a very pleasant surprise. Yes, some of the things about the Hotel, that other reviewers may be true, except the room size/ all in all, we would most definitely check into the Erna Hotel again, and Limor is absolutely wonderful. Plus they do have a good breakfast.

The staff was wonderful - so helpful and friendly. The hotel also has deals with some of the local attractions and restaurants. We bought discounted tickets to see the gorgeous grottoes at Rosh HaNikra (15 min drive), and got a free dessert at an excellent restaurant. The hotel was very clean, if a bit small. And, about a 7 minute walk from the beach. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
